Rosetta Hall is where Boulder meets up and hangs out. On the rooftop. In the main dining hall. Over drinks at the bar. On the front patio. People watching is a pastime.

Our two bars feature seasonal, craft cocktail menus made with fresh squeezed, organic citrus & small batch spirits. We’re best known for our seasonal spritzes and margarita variations.

Unlike many food halls, all the food concepts at Rosetta are operated by us. This means no matter when you choose to dine, the food will be fresh, seasonal and made by hand.

Come enjoy the gorgeous views from our rooftop. In a cabana. By the fire. On the grass. Open seasonally from April to November.

We source locally whenever possible, often within a day’s drive. A lot of our fresh produce comes from Esoterra farms. All our printed menus feature information on where our key ingredients are sourced from.

A boutique music venue with a rotating mix of bluegrass, jazz, rock & folk musicians mixed through a world class L’ acoustics sound system. Every Tuesday at 7PM.

Every weekend we turn the lights down and the music up. The world-class lighting and sound systems at Rosetta allow a “big club” feel, while the unique staff of “Dance Ambassadors” (made up of talented local Hip Hop dancers) keep the vibe right and the dance floor hot (and clean) throughout the night. Thursday through Saturday nights the dance floor is alive with music spanning House, Pop, Hip Hop and Global flavors, from 10:30pm to late night.
